centered, manifesting mindfulness and clarity. these are tough times, and like it or not you must indeed expand to meet the needs of your evolution through proper discernment. courage is stepping into mastery which starts as a conscious connection with the heart. courage is not a mind generated attribute; it is a heart centered action inspired by the heart virtues. the heart virtues are the foundational concepts of the heart and courage is the activator and generator of the energy emitted by the virtues. this then enables the truth of ones being to be expressed and the atmosphere of healing to egress. with each step of healing there is peaceful prose compelling clarity and connection with ones higher state of being. it is also at these times that you have the experience of resonating with the higher frequency of love. this process of living the heart virtues through courage and connection leads one to a masterful bond with, and an enlightened perspective of, higher states of consciousness. only in this state of being can one connect with love. as a carrier of this consciousness, grace emanates from you to those who may need the energy and vibration to assist them with connecting to the frequency of love, thus finding their own path towards heart centered awareness and courage. there has never been a more pressing time than now for ever increasing conscious awareness to connect with the inner self or soul. this requires courage for when one ventures into the truth of who you really are, it is beholden to your purpose. the need and desire to ensue. real faith is truly blind, as true faith is a virtue that comes from deep within the soul as a knowing and a believing in something or someone without proven fact. faith is not made from ones knowledge or background. faith and hope are inexorably intertwined as both come from the same place within the soul. when faith is called upon and believed there is a knowing from the internal spiritual wellspring that is activated. this feeling is love. many feel faith is activated within their being when what they want to feel is faith, and it is really hope. hope is a facet of faith, and is part of the equation, but is not the full step into faith. one cannot rely on hope alone as it can dissolve quickly where faith does not. faith is as solid as a rock and carries with it the aspect of trust. trust is an aspect of faith and full faith cannot be obtained without trust. trust is more of a challenge than faith as it is not part of the ego program. trust does not have ‘versions’ and it is the foundation of love. trust often carries with it an aspect of fear. ‘what if’ is a precursor of fear and is not part of faith or trust. as you know you cannot be in love and fear at the same time. this also means you cannot be in faith without trust, so to have faith you must have trust through belief, and it must come from deep within your being. to live your life with faith as your creed and trust as your anchor means that you are going with the flow of your journey. and at that point, nothing can alter your course and you have no fear. this means that what you believe to be true will strengthen your faith, trust and hope will enlighten your life’s journey. at the same time nothing can detour your inner peace, for you hold within you the grace of living the truth of your being which was placed there by source/creator/god. when you connect with this belief internally, all of the heart virtues click into place enlivening faith, trust, and hope. stepping into this most sacred and holy state of being nourishes your life and in turn expands your spirit to enhance your journey and empower your faith. nothing can stand in your way nor can your faith be altered or affected. your journey is your own and it is meant to be lived by you and you alone. realizing this can be fearful, and knowing that you are never alone embeds your journey with faith and trust in your process. your journey is your purpose and how you live it is the point. living your life through your heart (and healing along the way) will instill your journey with faith, trust, and love. what more can you hope for? there is nothing that matters more than this. open to the connection with those around you and lift them up with the energy and frequency that you create with your clarity of being. you will affect others in profound ways by living your truth and having faith in who you really are and where you came from. feel your expansion and focus on the evolution of your being through
